  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall catering and event experience for our guests.
  2. Oversee all aspects of catering and event operations, including menu planning, event timelines, and logistics.
  3. Manage a team of event coordinators and catering staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business and uphold the hotel's reputation.
  5. Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to coordinate and execute events, ensuring all guest needs and requests are met.
  6. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the hotel's offerings.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  9. Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations accordingly.
  10. Ensure all event spaces and equipment are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
  11. Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  12. Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and packages to attract and retain clients.
  14. Stay organized and maintain detailed records of events, contracts, and client information.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognizing and addressing areas for improvement.
