  1. Plan and execute exceptional events at Holiday Inn Hotels to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  3. Collaborate with various hotel departments, such as catering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  4. Develop creative event concepts and ideas to enhance the guest experience and attract new business.
  5. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  6. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, room setup, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
  7. Communicate event details and updates to the hotel staff and provide them with necessary information to ensure smooth event operations.
  8. Create and distribute event proposals, contracts, and timelines to clients and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  9. Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during an event.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the event planning process.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals to enhance the hotel's reputation and attract repeat business.
  12. Train and supervise event staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  13. Ensure all events comply with legal regulations and safety standards.
  14. Monitor and analyze event feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  15. Represent Holiday Inn Hotels at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Plan And Execute Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Liaise With Clients, Vendors, And Hotel Staff.

  • Proficient In Event Management Software And Technology, Including Event Registration Systems And Social Media Platforms.
