- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Communicate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle reservations and room assignments according to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Promote and upsell hotel services and packages to guests.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager.
