  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  2. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest complaints or concerns.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and increase revenue.
  4. Create and maintain a positive work environment for all hotel staff, encouraging teamwork and promoting a culture of excellence.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and make necessary adjustments to meet budget targets.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
  7. Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  9. Maintain effective communication with hotel owners, management company, and corporate office to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
  10. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel facilities, ensuring they are in excellent condition at all times.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding the hotel's performance and progress towards goals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Continuously seek ways to enhance guest experience and improve overall hotel operations.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hospitality Management, Preferably In A Similar Role At A Reputable Hotel Chain.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests, Employees, And Corporate Stakeholders.
