- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and a culture of exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Respond to and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to address any issues.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to ensure the team is up-to-date on hotel services, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure the hotel receives quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to make strategic decisions for the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Management, Preferably In A Similar Hotel Chain.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Proven Track Record Of Maintaining High Guest Satisfaction.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Sales And Marketing, Budgeting, And Revenue Management.
