Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operations of our hotel.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue through effective pricing and promotional strategies.
  8. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas of the hotel.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on hotel performance, including revenue, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
  12. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  13. Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
  14. Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations.
  15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Hospitality Industry, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests, Staff, And Corporate Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food And Beverage, And Revenue Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving High Guest Satisfaction Ratings And Maintaining Brand Standards At Previous Hotel Properties.
