As the Hotel Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our hotel. - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the hotel is meeting financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to find solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the hotel receives the best products and services at competitive prices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and new initiatives.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on the hotel's performance, including financial, operational, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure the hotel is in compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.
- Represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times, both within the company and in the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Hotel Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hotel Management, Preferably At A Similar Level Of A Holiday Inn Hotel
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Including Revenue Management, Budgeting, And Marketing Strategies.
