- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the property.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff, and make necessary adjustments when needed.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality of products and services for guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, while also maintaining cost control measures.
- Train and develop new and existing staff on hotel standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet the hotel's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvements to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise and make decisions in the best interest of the guests and the hotel.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Holiday Inn Hotels and effectively represent the company's values and standards to guests, employees, and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, And Budgeting.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Management, Preferably At A Full-Service Hotel.
