- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that loyalty initiatives are effectively integrated into all areas of the hotel operations.
- Train and motivate hotel staff to provide exceptional customer service and promote loyalty program benefits to guests.
- Monitor and measure the success of loyalty initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of loyalty program metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to enhance the loyalty program and attract new customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the loyalty program and customer experience.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Team Members.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hotel Loyalty Program Management
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management And Loyalty Strategies
