- Develop and implement the HR strategy for all global properties of Holiday Inn Hotels.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Create policies and procedures that foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR initiatives that support them.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all global properties, including developing sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
