  1. Develop and implement the HR strategy for all global properties of Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  3. Create policies and procedures that foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
  4. Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR initiatives that support them.
  5. Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  6. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  7. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for all global properties, including developing sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
  9. Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  10. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Foster a culture of employee engagement and retention by implementing programs and initiatives to recognize and reward employees.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  14. Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
