In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for our portfolio of properties through strategic pricing and inventory management.   1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies for all properties within the portfolio, in alignment with company goals and standards.
  2. Analyze market trends and competition to make informed pricing decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Monitor and evaluate property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive revenue and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages that will drive demand and increase revenue.
  5. Utilize revenue management software and tools to optimize pricing and inventory management.
  6. Train and mentor property revenue management teams to ensure understanding and effective execution of revenue strategies.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving revenue goals.
  9. Produce regular reports and presentations on revenue performance and present to senior management.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management and apply relevant insights to improve processes and drive results.
  11. Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness to guest needs, while also balancing revenue objectives.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of ethical standards in all revenue management practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Proven Track Record In Implementing Successful Revenue Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Proficiency In Revenue Management Systems And Tools, Such As Str, Opera, And Excel, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
