  1. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
  2. Monitor and analyze security control measures to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  4. Train and educate staff on security protocols and procedures to ensure a high level of awareness and adherence.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a coordinated approach to security and compliance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security controls and compliance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Manage, schedule, and supervise security personnel, ensuring proper training and performance monitoring.
  8. Investigate and resolve security incidents and escalate any issues to senior management as necessary.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security and compliance efforts.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency response teams.
  11. Communicate security updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders, including management, staff, and guests.
  12. Continuously assess and evaluate security risks and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Manage and maintain security equipment and systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
  14. Represent the company in security and compliance-related meetings and events.
  15. Uphold the company's values and brand reputation by ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Information Technology Or Cybersecurity.

  • Prior Experience In Managing Security Controls And Compliance In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Pci Dss And Gdpr.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Professional Certifications In Information Security, Such As Cissp Or Cism, Are Preferred.
