Oversee the renovation process of all hotels within the assigned region.
Develop and implement comprehensive renovation plans and timelines.
Collaborate with hotel managers to ensure minimal disruption to guests during the renovation process.
Monitor and manage renovation budgets to ensure projects are completed within allocated funds.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
Hire, train, and supervise renovation team members.
Communicate effectively with hotel owners and stakeholders to provide updates on renovation progress.
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the renovation process.
Ensure all safety and building codes are followed during renovations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of renovation projects.
Analyze and report on renovation data, including costs, timelines, and results.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of all renovation projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel renovations.
Participate in the hiring and training of new hotel managers within the region.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Strong Leadership Skills: A Regional Manager For Major Renovations At Holiday Inn Hotels Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Contractors.
Extensive Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Completing Major Renovation Projects Within The Hospitality Industry.
