  1. Manage the reservations system: The primary responsibility of the Reservations Manager is to oversee the hotel's reservations system. This includes managing the inventory, rates, and room availability to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
  2. Train and supervise reservations staff: The Reservations Manager will be responsible for training and supervising a team of reservations staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in handling all guest inquiries and bookings.
  3. Monitor and analyze reservation data: The Reservations Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing reservation data to identify trends, optimize revenue, and make informed decisions about rates and inventory.
  4. Coordinate with other departments: The Reservations Manager will work closely with other departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and sales, to ensure a seamless guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Implement and maintain reservation policies: The Reservations Manager will establish and maintain reservation policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in the reservation process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hotel Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reservations Management, Preferably In A Hotel Setting

  • Proficiency In Reservation Systems Such As Opera, Synxis, Or Amadeus

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills

  • Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage A Team Of Reservation Agents Effectively.
