  1. Oversee and manage all security operations within the hotel premises.
  2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for improvements to security measures.
  4. Train and supervise security staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle any potential security issues.
  5. Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious or threatening activities.
  6. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to address any security concerns or incidents.
  7. Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and provide comprehensive reports.
  8. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting procedures are followed.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless security process for guests.
  10. Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends and make recommendations for their implementation.
  11. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  12. Respond to guest inquiries or complaints related to security in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Participate in emergency preparedness planning and training to ensure a quick and effective response in case of emergencies.
  14. Manage the security budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  15. Foster a positive and safe work culture for all employees by promoting safety awareness and enforcing safety regulations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: A Security Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Possess A Comprehensive Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Hotel Guests, Employees, And Property.

  • Previous Experience In A Security Management Role: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In A Security Management Role, Ideally Within The Hospitality Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Oversee And Manage Security Operations In A Hotel Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Security Manager, One Must Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Security Personnel. Strong Communication Skills Are Also Necessary To Effectively Communicate With Hotel Staff, Guests, And Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Knowledge Of Local Laws And Regulations: A Security Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local Laws And Regulations Related To Security And Safety In A Hotel. This Includes Knowledge Of Fire Safety, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, And Local Security Protocols.

  • Ability To Handle Emergency Situations: Holiday Inn Hotels Prioritize The Safety And Well-Being Of Their Guests And Employees. A Security Manager Should Possess The Ability To Remain Calm And Make Quick Decisions In Emergency Situations To Ensure The Safety Of Everyone On The Premises.
