- Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to any security threats.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's budget for security-related expenses.
- Communicate regularly with hotel management to provide updates and recommendations on security matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for all guests and staff.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response And Crisis Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
Certification In Security Management, Such As Certified Protection Professional (Cpp) Or Certified Lodging Security Director (Clsd), Is Preferred.
