  11. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and produce reports as needed.
  12. Manage security budget and make recommendations for necessary expenditures.
  13. Communicate effectively with guests and employees to address any security concerns or issues.
  14. Stay informed on local laws and regulations related to security and ensure compliance.
  15. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining a secure environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Security Management: A Security Manager At Holiday Inn Hotels Should Have A Strong Background In Security Management, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field. This Experience Should Include Managing Security Operations, Implementing Protocols And Procedures, And Handling Emergency Situations.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Security Systems: Holiday Inn Hotels Often Have Sophisticated Security Systems In Place, Including Cctv Cameras, Access Control Systems, And Alarms. A Qualified Security Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.

You Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Your Team, As Well As With Hotel Staff, Guests, And Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Understanding Of Local Laws And Regulations: Holiday Inn Hotels Operate In Various Locations Around The World, Each With Its Own Set Of Laws And Regulations. A Qualified Security Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of Local Laws And Regulations Related To Security, As Well As The Ability To Ensure That The Hotel Is In Compliance With These Laws.

  • Crisis Management Experience: In The Event Of An Emergency Or Crisis, A Security Manager Must Be Able To Quickly And Efficiently Respond And Manage The Situation.
