Welcome to the Holiday Inn Hotels team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch security services and has a strong attention to detail. If you are a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, we would love to hear from you.   1. Oversee and manage all security operations and procedures at the Holiday Inn Hotels.
  2. Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property by conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems.
  4. Train and supervise security staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  5. Conduct investigations and handle security incidents with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports of all security-related activities.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current security trends and make necessary adjustments to security protocols as needed.
  9. Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
  10. Communicate effectively with guests and employees to address security concerns and provide guidance and assistance when needed.
  11. Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to security.
  12. Monitor and manage security budget and expenses.
  13. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement preventive measures.
  14. Serve as a role model for the security team and promote a positive and professional work culture.
  15. Participate in regular meetings and provide reports to senior management on security operations and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Security Personnel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Guests, Employees, And Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Familiarity With Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Security, As Well As Industry Standards And Best Practices.
