- Conduct thorough analysis of supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts and relationships to ensure optimal pricing and quality of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop sourcing strategies that meet business needs.

- Train and mentor junior sourcing team members to develop their skills and knowledge in sourcing and procurement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations, in all sourcing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Sourcing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
Knowledge Of Sourcing And Supply Chain Principles, Including Cost Analysis, Negotiation, And Supplier Management
Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices
Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
