
Strategic GPO and IDN Account Contract Manager
Hologic is looking for an experienced and motivated Strategic GPO and IDN Account Contract Manager to join our team and help ensure the best possible customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for working with multiple hospitals, groups, and organizations to negotiate contracts, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to ensure all contractual terms and conditions are met.We are seeking a professional who has the skills and experience to manage and lead our GPO/IDN accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and account management in the healthcare industry. You must be an effective communicator and negotiator, have strong organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with hospitals, groups and organizations.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure contractual terms and conditions are met.
- Manage and lead GPO/IDN accounts.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
