  2. Develop and implement CAE methodologies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in vehicle simulations.
  3. Collaborate with design and testing teams to ensure accurate representation of vehicle components and systems in simulations.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams in the development and validation of new vehicle systems and technologies.
  5. Conduct virtual testing and analysis to evaluate vehicle safety, efficiency, and reliability.
  6. Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for design improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAE and automotive engineering to continuously improve simulation capabilities.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in simulation results.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback based on CAE analysis.
  10. Ensure all simulations are performed within project timelines and meet quality standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior CAE engineers on simulation techniques and best practices.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field: A Cae Simulation Engineer At Honda Motor Company Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field To Understand The Complex Systems And Processes Involved In Automotive Design And Simulation.
