- Develop and implement strategic social media plans to enhance the company's brand presence and engage with customers.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and use insights to continuously improve and optimize social media strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and utilize this knowledge to drive innovative and effective campaigns.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and monitoring performance.
- Work closely with the PR team to develop and execute crisis communication plans as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and increase brand awareness.
- Train and educate team members on social media best practices and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Stay informed about the latest social media policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in social media.
- Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the company's social media presence and engagement.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Managing Social Media Platforms For A Large Corporation Or Brand.
Extensive Knowledge Of Social Media Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of The Automotive Industry And Ability To Create Engaging Content For A Diverse Audience.
Excellent Communication, Writing, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
