- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality production of vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address manufacturing issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct research and analyze data to continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.
- Utilize advanced technology and tools to design and optimize production systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor production team members on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to drive innovation and progress within the company.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall company performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Proficient In Cad Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, And Experience With Manufacturing Equipment And Processes.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Production Issues.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
