Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Human Resources, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Coordinating Technical Training Programs, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Technical Training Principles And Practices, Including Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, And Training Evaluation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
