
Account Manager - BMS Healthcare

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their needs and provide solutions using BMS technology.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Utilize strong knowledge of BMS technology and healthcare operations to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for successful account management.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review progress, address concerns, and provide updates on new products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on BMS technology, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies for BMS Healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity and sales data.
- Represent Honeywell and our BMS Healthcare services at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Building Management Systems (Bms) And Their Applications In Healthcare Facilities.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Client Relationship Management And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
