- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, and provide innovative solutions to improve quality and productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members on new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and select new materials and equipment for manufacturing processes.
- Support the development and implementation of new products by providing expertise in manufacturing capabilities and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of manufacturing processes, changes, and improvements.
- Communicate regularly with management and cross-functional teams to provide updates on projects and progress.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and ethical standards.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Engineering Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
