
Director of Logistics - Operations & Transformation
Honeywell is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Logistics - Operations & Transformation to join our team to drive our logistics operations and lead initiatives to maximize our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations, a background in analytics and optimization, and a passion for driving transformation.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or related experience. They should be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies and driving change across an organization. This individual should be able to think and act strategically, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for logistics operations and transformation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain, logistics, and operations management.
- Analyze logistics operations data and develop optimization plans.
- Manage and monitor performance of logistics operations.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
- Create and implement processes to ensure the efficient and quality delivery of logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics operations and progress.
- Mentor and motivate team members to ensure their success.
