Director of Logistics - Operations & Transformation

Honeywell is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Logistics - Operations & Transformation to join our team to drive our logistics operations and lead initiatives to maximize our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations, a background in analytics and optimization, and a passion for driving transformation.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or related experience. They should be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies and driving change across an organization. This individual should be able to think and act strategically, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. 8. Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
9. Prepare and present reports on logistics operations and progress.
10. Mentor and motivate team members to ensure their success.
