  1. Maintain and organize all company documents and records in an accurate and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and document control standards.
  3. Monitor and track changes to documents and ensure proper version control.
  4. Work closely with various departments to gather, review, and approve all necessary documents.
  5. Develop and implement document management processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  6. Review and update documents as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding document control processes and procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for document control.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to document control.
  10. Train new employees on document control processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure all documents are appropriately filed, stored, and archived.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company documents and records.
  13. Monitor and report on document control metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document control processes are aligned with business objectives.
  15. Conduct regular audits to ensure document control processes are being followed accurately.
  16. Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
  17. Keep abreast of changes in document control regulations and make necessary updates to processes.
  18. Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities to improve document control processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business Administration, Or Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Document Control Or Records Management Role, Preferably In A Highly Regulated Industry Such As Aerospace, Defense, Or Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Document Control Principles And Practices, Including Version Control, Change Management, And Document Lifecycle Management.

  • Proficiency In Document Management Software And Systems, Such As Sharepoint, Documentum, Or Opentext.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
