Job Description

Honeywell is looking for a highly motivated and inquisitive Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a passion for understanding customer behavior. The successful candidate will have an investigative mindset and the ability to interpret data for insights that can be used to drive business decisions.We are looking for an individual with at least two years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work with a variety of data sources, including SQL and Excel, is a must. Comfort with web-based analytics tools and an understanding of ecommerce industry standards and best practices is desirable. The Ecommerce Business Analyst will play a critical role in exploring and understanding our customer’s behavior and needs. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and understanding of customer behavior in order to drive business decisions.
  2. Analyze customer data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and insights.
  3. Develop and maintain reporting tools to measure the performance and effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives.
  4. Utilize web-based analytics tools to generate comprehensive reports.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure customer needs are being met.
  6. Stay up to date with industry best practices and standards.
  7. Make recommendations to improve customer experience and optimize ecommerce performance.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and engagement.
