- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and employee development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees, including senior management, to understand their needs and provide HR support and solutions.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to analyze and improve HR processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Handle any other HR-related responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Hr Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies To Support Business Objectives.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
