Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, Preferably At A Large Corporation.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
