  1. Oversee the production process: The production supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the production process are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Lead a team: The production supervisor will be in charge of a team of individuals and will be responsible for their training, development, and overall performance.
  3. Meet production goals: The primary responsibility of the production supervisor is to ensure that production goals are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  4. Maintain quality standards: The production supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards throughout the production process.
  5. Monitor production performance: The production supervisor will track and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  12. Maintain inventory levels: The production supervisor will work with inventory control to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for production.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies: The production supervisor will ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
  14. Adhere to budgetary constraints: The production supervisor will work within budgetary constraints to achieve production goals and manage expenses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Ensuring Productivity And Quality Goals Are Met.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Quick Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
