  1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful execution and delivery of cutting-edge programs.
  2. Oversee and monitor the progress of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  4. Set clear project goals and objectives and communicate them effectively to the team.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business Administration, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Complex And Global Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale And Cross-Functional Projects, With A Focus On Meeting Budget, Schedule, And Quality Goals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Diverse Teams, Stakeholders, And Customers.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Utilizing Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Lean. Professional Certifications Such As Pmp Or Scrum Master Are Highly Desirable.
