- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.
- Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on operational excellence principles and best practices.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process enhancements and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Act as a change agent by promoting a continuous improvement mindset and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Communicate progress and results of operational excellence initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement And Operational Excellence.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Lean Principles And Methodologies.
Six Sigma Certification (E.g. Green Belt, Black Belt) Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members On Operational Excellence Techniques.
