  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to continuously enhance sales strategies and processes.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the sales team.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and generate leads.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
