Safety SME Trainer Expert

This is a hands-on- highly visible position and serves a dual purpose of site management for GSP Americas Training, including course scheduling and logistics, as well as leading instruction of approved HSP courses. The Instructor/ Center Manager will coordinate all efforts to ensure the full utilization of training facilities, processes and resources to meet growth drivers of the training department. Coordinates the execution and delivery of instructor-led training. Conducts in-person & Virtual safety training courses for customers and/or employees. Develop customer relationships and promote the Honeywell Training Organization. Develop content & deliver course materials as per the specific course, site/location and Honeywell requirements. Provide and/or manage monthly or annual ongoing/refresher training in topics relevant to the service and service area and in a timely manner.
