- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Honeywell remains a competitive employer.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support HR initiatives and programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Role
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Hr Best Practices
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
