- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and requirements.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Honeywell, promoting our company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters in the team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Full-Cycle Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Demonstrated Success In Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent Through Various Methods, Such As Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Best Practices In Recruitment And Selection.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Partners.
