- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with Honeywell's overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing activities, performance, and achievements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply.
- Mentor and develop junior sourcing team members to support their professional growth.
- Represent Honeywell in industry events and conferences to stay informed and network with key stakeholders.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Sourcing Projects, Including Negotiating Contracts And Managing Supplier Relationships.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Cost Analysis, Risk Management, And Supplier Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At The Senior Management Level.
