
Sr Director - Strategic Account Management

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow and strengthen customer relationships
• Negotiate and manage contracts with customers
• Track customer account progress and ensure goals are met
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts
• Analyze customer data and make recommendations for improvement
• Use CRM software to track and manage customer accounts
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Prepare customer presentations and reports
• Travel as needed to meet with customers in-person
Excellent Communication
