Job Description

The Sr Director - Strategic Account Management at Honeywell plays an integral role in driving growth and success in our customer relationships. We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing and growing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex environments. If you have the drive and enthusiasm to take on this challenge, we want to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field• Demonstrated success in account management, sales, and customer experience• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen• Working knowledge of CRM software• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow and strengthen customer relationships

• Negotiate and manage contracts with customers

• Track customer account progress and ensure goals are met

• Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts

• Analyze customer data and make recommendations for improvement

• Use CRM software to track and manage customer accounts

• Resolve customer complaints and issues

• Prepare customer presentations and reports

• Travel as needed to meet with customers in-person
