Strategic Sourcing Specialist Principal

Honeywell is looking for an experienced, inventive and organized Strategic Sourcing Specialist Principal to join our team. This role plays an integral part in our Global Procurement organization by driving sourcing and supplier management processes to ensure the best value and terms for Honeywell. 1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the broader business objectives.
2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value and terms for Honeywell.
3. Manage and build relationships with suppliers, team members and stakeholders.
4. Develop, track and report on sourcing and procurement performance metrics.
5. Identify cost savings opportunities and develop solutions to enhance the procurement process.
6. Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and industry developments.
7. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
8. Maintain and update supplier information in the centralized procurement database.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
10. Stay up-to-date with new developments in the sourcing and procurement field.
