Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
5. Generate and distribute accounts payable reports to management.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
7. Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner and in accordance with contractual agreements.
8. Monitor and report on vendor accounts and payment histories.
9. Prepare and process payments for vendors.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of accounts payable best practices.
