1. Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the Primary Care department.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
3. Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately diagnose medical conditions.
4. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
