Job Description

We are seeking an Audiology Assistant- Ear Nose Throat to join the team at Houston Methodist. As an Audiology Assistant, you will provide exceptional patient care with a compassionate and caring attitude. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will possess the necessary qualifications to be successful in this role, including: a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of patient care experience and knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in an audiology or ENT setting. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in data entry and customer service, and a willingness to be a team player. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional patient care with a compassionate and caring attitude.
  2. Utilize strong communication and organizational skills.
  3. Uphold a commitment to excellence in patient care.
  4. Maintain a high school diploma or GED.
  5. Possess a minimum of one year of patient care experience.
  6. Possess knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in an audiology or ENT setting.
  7. Have experience in data entry and customer service.
  8. Be a team player.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and HIPPA regulations.
  10. Monitor patient progress and provide updates to healthcare team members.
