  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, answering questions and providing guidance on plan options, coverage, and enrollment processes.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of all employee benefits offered by the organization, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  4. Assist with the development and implementation of benefit programs and initiatives to support employee well-being and retention.
  5. Conduct new employee orientation sessions to educate employees on their benefits and assist with the enrollment process.
  6. Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to employee benefits, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefit records and documentation.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to make recommendations for improvements or changes to current programs.
  9. Participate in open enrollment activities, including communication, education, and enrollment assistance.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
  12. Assist with the development and implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with benefit plans and regulations.
  14. Train and educate HR team members on employee benefits to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to employees.
  15. Handle confidential information and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
