Clinical Research Specialist - Transplant

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SPSS, database systems, and web-based research study management tools is essential. 1. Design, implement, and manage clinical research projects in the field of transplantation.
2. Develop and maintain GCP guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Establish protocols, create data collection forms, and monitor all research activities.
4. Review and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
5. Create and maintain databases for storing and tracking research information.
6. Train and supervise research staff, ensuring they are up-to-date on the latest industry standards and protocols.
7. Prepare and present research findings at meetings and conferences.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure successful project completion.
10. Provide support and assistance to transplant patients and their families.
