
Department Administrator- Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Houston Methodist is seeking a dedicated and passionate Department Administrator for our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department. This position will require an individual who is highly organized and has strong communication skills, with an intrinsic drive to provide outstanding customer service. The Department Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, managing the staff, and ensuring that all necessary functions are completed in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. At least three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting, is required. A current license or certification is also preferred. Additionally, the Department Administrator must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
