Event Project Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Event Project Specialist to join the Houston Methodist team. This position will involve working closely with stakeholders and executing a variety of event projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and listener, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. This individual should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating and executing successful events.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or event coordination. They must also be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail. The Event Project Specialist will need to be able to work collaboratively with different departments and ensure that event projects are completed in a timely and organized manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple projects, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage and execute a variety of event projects
