As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team with various administrative tasks, while also overseeing our employee benefits program. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.   1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all employee benefit inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  4. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and communication of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement through benefits.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits, and make recommendations for adjustments to the program as needed.
  7. Process and track benefit enrollment and changes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  8. Coordinate with external vendors and providers to resolve any issues or concerns related to employee benefits.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for executive team meetings, providing updates on the status of the benefits program.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all benefits-related information and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  11. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the executive team.
  12. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  13. Uphold the values and mission of Houston Methodist and represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.
