We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst at Houston Methodist who can help provide timely and efficient technical support to our staff and patients. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and efficient technical support to Houston Methodist staff and patients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Monitor service desk tickets and respond accordingly.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality technical support.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient and organizational data.
  6. Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  7. Provide training and assistance to staff and patients on IT-related topics.
  8. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  9. Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
  10. Develop and document IT service desk procedures and policies.
